Their compact size is achieved through a central thread that allows the cap to be secured on both ends.

When closed, the cap covers the nib, minimizing the pen’s size. However, when the cap is placed on the opposite end—commonly referred to as “posting” in the writing world—the length increases, offering a comfortable grip.

What sets the DD Pocket collection apart is the cylindrical design of both the cap and the barrel.

While it doesn’t feature a clip, which could prevent it from rolling on smooth surfaces, the pen includes a small button protruding from the cap.
