Cap, barrel, and section—that’s all the Kaweco Liliput needs to captivate writers since 1908 with a minimalist design that has stood the test of time.
At just 9.7 cm when closed, it’s the perfect everyday companion. With the cap posted, it extends to 12.4 cm, offering a comfortable size for effortless writing.
Inspired by nature
The hummingbird lends its name to the new Liliput Kolibri, and with good reason. This fountain pen glides lightly across the page, combining compact dimensions with remarkable character. Its stainless-steel body reflects light with the same vibrance as the bird’s plumage, whose iridescence is caused by light interference. To achieve a similar effect, the Liliput Kolibri features PVD plating, giving each pen its own unique metallic glow—no two pieces are alike.
A spectrum of colorful nibs
The nib, laser-treated with heat, shimmers in a rainbow finish that completes the pen’s look. It’s available in five sizes, from extra fine (EF) to extra broad (BB). If you’re not sure where to start, the medium (M) nib is the most versatile choice.
Each pen comes with a Kaweco ink cartridge in Summer Purple, bringing a fresh, summery touch from the very first stroke.
Care tips
To preserve the nib’s brilliance, make sure it’s free from ink residue when not in use. Dried ink could affect its original finish.
Small, light, and versatile
Weighing just 20 g, the Liliput Kolibri proves that size doesn’t define impact. It comes in an elegant silver tin with a matching sleeve—perfect as a gift or for your own desk.
A range of accessories allows for full customization: eleven vibrant inks, clips in silver, bronze, or black, the foldable mini converter, and a variety of cases designed especially for the Liliput series.

The EF nib is ideal for precise, detailed writing, while the BB size makes bold, expressive signatures stand out. Thanks to its screw-in system, nibs can be swapped quickly and easily at any time.
