You don't have to look for details: The Kaweco King is an apparition in itself! Like a real king, his head is adorned with a crown that Kaweco's royal top-quality products have already been fitted with in the past. He inspires by his solid and solid size.
Equipped with an 18-carat bi-colour gold nib that majestically puts every stroke on paper and is supplied with ink by the lever mechanism. Classic brown marbled celluloid with gold-blue elements forms the basic substance of our royal lever fountain pen which is limited to an edition of 300 pieces.
The King is available with a 1.2 mm ball spring (K) or a 1.3 mm stub spring (S). The ball spring screams extremely fluidly, regardless of the angle at which the spring is placed on the paper. The spring grain of the stub spring is wide and flat ground. Depending on the writing angle, very large variations in line width can be produced. The calligraphic nib is made for friends of pointed handwriting and for striking signatures.
Already between 1920 and 1930, Kaweco provided its high-quality writing instruments with a "crown" and thus visibly marked as a royal top product for the customer. Kaweco is one of the oldest and best-known German fountain pen brands and has been influencing the world of writing instruments time and again since 1883 through innovations and unusual designs.
